My Story

Those who know me know how important the NICU is to me. A seed was planted through my own personal experience — delivering 26-week twins who spent two and a half months in the NICU. Hard is an understatement. In the midst of that season, I remember God continually asking me:

“But do you trust Me?”

I remember feeling so lonely, like no one truly understood what I was carrying. For years afterward, I lived in survival mode — constantly in fight or flight. I neglected myself, my health, and the signals my body was trying to send me. It wasn’t until I found myself nearing a mental and emotional breaking point that I realized I could no longer continue living that way. For the first time, I sought outside support. I partnered with God and allowed Him to do what only He could do.

I remember Him speaking so clearly to me:

“Reveal so that I can heal.”

And He did. He continues to. No matter how many directions I try to go in, God continually reroutes me back to YOU— NICU mothers and women navigating tender or emotionally demanding seasons of motherhood. You are deeply near and dear to my heart! The seed God planted eventually gave birth to The Flourishing Table — a place where journeys intertwine and friendships are cultivated.

I can’t wait to see how the seeds you water throughout your journey begin to flourish! ❀
